Healthy Dish- Chicken Macaroni soup!



I have decided to cook this Chicken Macaroni soup in place of my lunch on the first day, Fried noodles! Fried noodles is not only high in sodium, but also has a lot of oil used in cooking it. It is thus unhealthy.So, I got rid of the use of frying in my healthy dish. The fried noodles is substituted with chicken kway teow in soup. I boiled the chicken, and chose chicken breast, which is mainly lean meat. Of course, I removed the skin and the underlying fat too! I included vegetables, celery and carrots, which give me fibre, vitamin C and even improves the taste of the dish. Unfortunately, I used chicken bone to make the stock of the soup, which made it slightly oily.
