DAY TWO DIET ANALYSIS
I used the Energy and Nutrient Composition of Foods tool to analyse my second day diet. It analyses the nutritional value of each component of my diet, which I thought would be interesting and useful.

HAHA I was unhappy when I found out that my favourite pork floss bun is high in sodium and saturated fat. It has even more calories than my chocolate muffin! And my chocolate muffin is too rich in saturated fat too.

I never knew that the dry wanton noodles and fried egg noodles has such high sodium content. This is definitely not going to help me with my blood pressure in the future. The high sodium content is probably caused by the sauce used. I should switch to soup based noodles in the future.

Fortunately, my fried egg noodles contains dietary fibre. I think I should add more fresh fruits to my diet to improve on this area.

My total calories for the day is 2272kcal, which is just slightly above my recommended amount. Not too bad in this area. Hooray!
